With the support of your instructor and fellow students, grow your confidence in a supportive and fun environment. Everyone progresses at their own pace and lessons are adapted to each individuals level. Learn the foundational moves and transitions, refine your skills and techniques, all while building stamina and strength.

When you have honed your beginner pole moves, and are moving up to intermediate
Pole: Intermediate
Step it up a notch and learn more complex spins, tricks, transitions and gravity-defying moves. Basic moves that you have mastered are done from the floor and aerially, and are now linked with transitions and put together to make up short combinations and routines.

This is an opportunity for you to get into the studio and work on any of the moves you have learnt in class, or have seen on the "gram and would like to try!! This is not an instructor lead class - but there will always be one nearby to ensure you are training under a watchful eye in a safe environment
